Delete your Mad Puzzled account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. There are two ways, and both are free.

Option 1: from inside the game (instant)

• Sign in and open your Account page.
• Choose Delete account and confirm.
• Your account and personal data are erased right away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: by email (if you cannot sign in)

• Email support@wickedself.com with the subject "Delete my account".
• Send it from the email address on the account, so we know it is really you. If that inbox is gone, tell us and we will verify another way.
• We confirm by reply once the deletion is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email address, username, profile, progress, and other personal data held in the game.
• Purchase records may be kept where tax and accounting laws require it. Active subscriptions should be cancelled first (Account page, or Google Play subscriptions for purchases made in the Android app) so you are not billed again.
